Other countries outside US - usually take around 15-35 business days to arrive. But if the parcel was delayed by the import customs, the delivery time will be take longer. If you have not receive the package over 35 business days, please leave a message for us, we will follow your case immediately.
Russia – at least 45 days.
Due to very strict inspection with Russian Customs, the normally delivery time ship by via first class mail might take longer at least 45 days or more to arrive. Sometime will take more than 2 months, please contact us if you do not receive your package over 65 days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
