This is a vintage silver finish tie clip produced for Times Wire & Cable, in the 1960's.  Hard to find this piece!
The close-up shows the interesting TW logo.
Founded in 1948 they were located in Wallingford, CT.
The company is now Times Microwave Systems, a subsidiary of Amphenol.
The back of the clip is marked MYERS CO  WALLINGFORD, CONN
Another piece of Connecticut manufacturing history.
