This highly detailed vintage water decal by the LINDGREN-TURNER, CO., depicts HISTORIC VIRGINIA CITY, MONTANA with beautiful detailing of the old WELLS FARGO stagecoach outside the Bale of Ha
y Saloon
.
Rich in history, and very colorful and well-drawn, the decal dates back to the 1950s. It is signed by the artist, Art Brown, which is an unusual feature for water decals.
The decal is numbered M-
9
and
measures 4 1/4" wide by 2 7/8" tall. It is in very good condition for its age and rarity and still in its original printed glassine sleeve.
This really rare decal is a true piece of historical memorabilia. Due to its age and rarity, the paint has bubbled throughout the decal, and so we suggest it not be water dipped, but kept as the centerpiece of a collection.
